    after a week of reading sisson, i certainly didn't think i knew "everything", but did know ketosis isn't the point of his plan.

    i don't know why people get so hung up on ketosis. if you eat sufficiently low-carb, it will occur naturally, just like digesting and breathing.

      carbs.
      I am not a bodybuilding/fat loss/strength training "guru" BUT I achieved a lean state with ease after learning the correct way to train and eat and I want to HELP YOU achieve the same.

        i'm pretty sure it was the two bananas i ate with breakfast, at least i hope so. oh well, there's always the rice with lunch that could still save me.
