Well, hope you enjoy your mate then Derp.

I might look up the studies for you later. And yeah, even Mark says the links are pretty weak at best.
"The cling and a clang is the metal in my head when I walk. I hear a sort of, this tinging noise - cling clang. The cling clang. So many things happen while walking. The metal in my head clangs and clings as I walk - freaks my balance out. So the natural thought is just clogged up. Totally clogged up. So we need to unplug these dams, and make the the natural flow... It sort of freaks me out. We need to unplug the dams. You cannot stop the natural flow of thought with a cling and a clang..."

Thanks dude, I actually did using your preparation techniques. Drizzled a little honey and it was great and refreshing.

Mostly iron but there is really no exact response to how much. I would take my vitamins after a meal not after a glass of coffee tho hehe.
I am not a bodybuilding/fat loss/strength training "guru" BUT I achieved a lean state with ease after learning the correct way to train and eat and I want to HELP YOU achieve the same.

Getting fit is also about managing your mindset:

And to boot, you got all three major central nervous system stimulants from it! How's THAT for diversity?

While you loved your mate, I got nicely buzzed on two 16 oz Americanos made with the absolute BEST espresso I ever had.

I went into one of my local coffee shops and they were brewing up a "limited availability" espresso that they created from their special sourced Kenyan coffee beans. Normally they only use those beans for French press or pour overs, but the own was in an experimental mode. He gave me a free shot of it to which, afterwards, I insisted he turn into an Americano for me.

                Best.

                One.

                Ever.

Gotta keep everything fine tuned, you know?

Man, that sounds fantastic I need to find a better local coffee shop around here. I usually just drip my own, or even make instant sometimes, and they're still far better than the garbage the big chain coffee shops produce. No idea why people hang around those places so much.

There are several fantastic places near where I live. If you ever made it out my way I'd take you to the best of the best of 'em. I'd say there are maybe five that are must hits. Seven or so if you REALLY want to go nuts. You could do it over a couple of days I suppose.

                    But I digress...

There's also a frickin' FANTASTIC tea house that I love.

I plan on traveling soon, so it may happen. Where is this at? And, I'm sure I could hit up all of them in a day. Could you keep up!?

                        I probably couldn't. I admit it.

                        But I'd go down fighting!

I'm across the river from DC. And you know, we don't agree on much, you and me, but we could easily bond over caffeine.

Let's see... Two good coffeee places in my hometown, three great ones plus the awesome tea house (next to the porn shop ) in DC itself. There may be more, but those would be the main places I'd hit up.

The irony is almost staggering when you realize how tranquil the atmosphere is in the wonderful Chinese tea house. Heh.

Oh,and there's a place in Old Town as well that does tea AND coffee equally awesome. So... Seven places total.
