    I've seen a few posts in the past few days about hormones changing and just wondering if anyone has any good solid links for me to read up on this stuff??? Thanks dudes!!!

      I guess as far as losing weight, body composition changing. I think Timothy mentioned it in a thread earlier??

          Megg - there's so much on hormones out there. I'd suggest you start with insulin, cortisol and leptin.

          I really like Stephan's blog - gets down to the nitty-gritty of fat and hormones - you just need to look around a bit.

            Thanks Godzilla & Suki!! I got halfway through the male one last night but my wine was going to my head and not much was sinking in the old skull. I think a LOT of this stuff is going to be way over my head, but I'm curious! I'll take a look at Stephen's blog today. Thanks!!

              Im going to be honest... one of the best sources is google haha... I can't tell you how much I've learned about hormones by simply typing in an organ or hormone and just reading... But then again this is my passion so Im not sure if you want to do that
