  • New to primal. Not really hungry/hardly eaten today?

    Hi guys so I'm transitioning from WW to Primal and today is my second real official day eating Primally. Anyways I woke up this morning at 6:45 and read in bed until about 8ish or so.

    I got a tad hungry whilst reading and ending up drinking a bottle of water because I was lazy and didn't want to get out bed just yet.

    By the time I emerged from my room I made breakfast which consisted of:
    -3 scrambled eggs with cilantro, a green onion, and some siracha sauce
    -around 2-3 ounces of chicken breast (guestimate)
    -1/2-3/4 cup of broccoli (guestimate)

    That's all I've had today and then a small cup of black coffee around 11:30 or so and its almost 2pm right now and I'm still not hungry. I know in the book - I'm in the middle of reading - it says just to eat when you're hungry. Is it okay to go not eating for this long? It's been close to 6 hours.

    I'm curious on your thoughts.

      Yes it's fine, especially after a fabulous breakfast like that. See what great nutrition can do for you.
