i'm not the easiest size in the world to find, but i'm talking about b on up

not just hard to find sizes. i mean the women who will literally walk around in a child size training bra because she doesn't know what she's doin
    beautiful
    yeah you are

Baby if you time travel back far enough you can avoid that work because the dust won't be there. You're too pretty to be working that hard.
    lol

OP, yes you can restore the previous DD size. I have two words for you, okay three - silicone or saline
Seriously, a petite 34DD here. I'm not too crazy about that. IMO anything larger than a C is annoying. The only sports bra I can wear costs $60!

Dammit! I'd kill for 32D. I'm currently 32/34DDD(sometimes another D). Losing 30 lbs decreased the band size, but the boobs have gone nowhere!

As for finding sports bras that fit: Sports Bras : HerRoom

Believe me, SOMETHING will fit. They have 28H...enough said.

Dude, a 32 D? You sound bangin! Don't worry about it, unfortunately with the fat we hate we lose some of the fat we love. I went from a C to a B but was worth it 100% if only we could selectively gain fat.

Fennugreek extract. Take 1 cap 3x a day, it takes a few months to really kick in. It won't make you huge, but it will refill what was lost. It seems to make the breast heavy and full of liquid sort of.

What the heck kind of friends do you have that will comment on your breast size and how so they even know the difference between D and DD? I mean it's easy to tell when someone goes from D to C but in the same cup size? I don't know about that.

My girlfriend thinks I have the boobs of a teenager. Though in my eyes there is more sag than when I was that age, a lot of teens do have boobs like mine.

Prep yourself to have another child....but not really.

                      Is that immoral, unethical?

This year I have gone from a 36G to a 30F or 32E depending on the maker. You have to save your pennies and get the good French bras. Worth it as they last way longer. It still is great as I do have a lot less mass in general but of course just not firm anymore, especially after 3 kids plus mastitis. Adding fat in just the one area isn't going to happen, so I opt for my gorgeous bras and live with it. It is still hard to get clothes that fit, especially as I have very narrow hips and shoulders too.
Started Primal June 2012 at 148.5lbs, and 5' 1", reached goal weight in 5 months.
Lowest weight 93lbs - too thin. Now stable at around 100lbs much better weight for me at my age.
Primal, minus eggs, dairy and a myriad of other allergens.

The fat in my boobs was the first to go. I guess since I'm not breastfeeding/pregnant my body decided that fat was the most dispensable. I'm not a really busty person genetically speaking. I still have decent boobs 34b approximately. But I lost a lot of inches off them. Hubby still likes them though so I'm not worried.

Yeah honestly don't worry about your bra size. Many women would love to have your breast size, I'm not one to care really how big my breast are. I too have lost body fat over the years. The only thing that really went down was my band size. The last bra I bought was a 30D. I'm about 5'2 and 122 lbs. I have no scientific proof but I swear bench pressing and other chest exercises helped to keep my boobs perky while losing body fat at the same time.

yeah muscle fills in skin space so there isn't as much to sag

I've noticed this about myself as well - though I've lost close to 100 pounds, and my band size has decreased drastically, my cup size really hasn't changed much since I was 14... I am currently a 32 F/DDDD.
