      Something about the combo of a photo of very nice abs...and shoulders....and arms...and chest, bananas, paired with a very good sense of humor will make just about any girl start thinking dirty thoughts.

      But seriously, I think we need to regularly monitor that your diet is working well for you. Please don't ever hesitate to ask us to check in on your abs, OK?

        There are those who say you can get all the nutrition a human needs on 30 bananas a day. Mostly they have failing health, dry, lifeless, falling-out hair, and transparent teeth after a year or so.

          Dont know where you are looking. Almost everyone at 30bad is very fit looking with clear skin and great hair. Some gorgeous women on that diet.

            In fact, ill go so far as to say that on a person to person basis, raw food vegans look much healthier then most paleo followers. Sure they have their problems, usually because they are so entrenched in dogma that they wont do the small things that could greatly improve their health. A lot like LCHF paleo.

                        If it makes things less sexy, I did spend a bit more time in the bathroom the day after my banana binge. I ate a ton of fruit and sweet potatoes that day total.

                          The words bathroom+men are synonymous in my family.

                          My husband spends upwards of half his life in there.

                            *primal might make girls friskier. but it might just be that primal makes men worth being frisky about
