I'm reading with interest since my body also started rejecting eggs about 2 years ago. I have NOT been careful about mayo and all that, but now that I have Cillakat's wisdom ringing in my ears...I guess I'll just have to pony up and give it a go. Thanks as always for the info!

Beefcake (may I call you Beefy? we hardly know each other...) - I tried some duck eggs and actually had a worse reaction, but honestly I think my body was just saying "For cryin' out loud just get over it and stop eating eggs for a while, ya freak! Geez..." I think that's actually what it said. I hope you have better luck!

    Stats as of 3/1/12:
    5'10" female, 38 y/o
Currently 140 lbs., approx 25% body fat
WEIGHT GOAL: lose a bit more body fat and tighten up the rear end...basically, I want to look great naked. Everywhere else is looking great, but my ass/hips/thighs are being a bit stubborn. TMI?
    DAILY MACRO TARGETS: Cal: 1,857. Protein: 100g (400cal). Carb: 75g (300cal). Fat: 128g (1156cal).
EXERCISE GOAL: incorporate 2-3 strength training sessions and 1 sprint session per week.

When I was a child, I had allergic reactions to egg yolks. (Not the whites, though.) I would hard boil eggs, eat only the white, and feed the yolk to my dog. I'm sure Dr. Ornish would approve.

Fortunately, I outgrew this allergy over the years. I eat so many now (especially in the summer) that it'd be rough to find a good substitute. I do know that egg allergies are one of the most common allergies.

I like spicy mustard too, I hope that doesn't cause me to become pregnant. I'm a guy btw.

LOL. I'm in this with you Beef Cake. I'm twenty and just developed a sensitivity to eggs in the past few months after eating them for breakfast everyday. I eat sausages and leftovers for breakfast now. Definitely miss my eggs so much but willing to make the sacrifice if I can eat them once again. LETS DO THIS
