Eggs are quite high in lectins - some people can not digest them well and they can lead to inflammation for those people. You could try eating just the yolks to see if they are okay for you. Or just the whites.
I find they cause fatigue and GI upset for me, so I have had to eliminate them.

Don't eat them. If your body can't process something normally, it makes no sense to trick it and force it into digesting something it doesn't want to. Makes as much sense as a diabetic wanting insulin to eat a slice of cake.
