Avoiding poisonous things is my biggest thing I want to keep doing.
I need to simplify my life and stop letting the numbers control me. This is why I originally thought the PB was for me. I am much happier when I do this.

I am cutting out BP coffee and having a meal instead. Also concentrating on getting lots of veg with each meal.
Will still be concentrating on only eating to hunger even if that means sometimes IF.
So anyone else want to make things more simple? What things will you change?

    So for me:
No daily weighing (only once a month).
    No more BP coffee.
Eating a good amount of veg with my protein for each meal.
I just want to congratulate you on clearly actually getting what the PB is about. I'm in a different place in my Primal journey than you are, but mine are:

To spend less time being "productive" and more time being introspective and quiet. Part of this means putting less pressure on myself to meet physical/training goals and enjoy the process (means) and less emphasis on the result (end).

More sun on skin time would be great too, but the weather in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic is not making that easy at the moment.

To produce some of my own food (hunting small game, growing some veg. on my balcony) and feel more of a connection to it and the world.

I did get it in the beginning but then got distracted by all the tweaks.

Def more sun time here too, now we are going to school every day, we walk a little way in the sun.

I even took out current weight/ goal weight from signature, as its not my focus.
Just being healthy and showing my children the right things to eat is most important. We don't buy packaged things at all or any grains, so will keep up with that.

We are doing ok, thanks. Just need to break the 3yo's desire to sleep in our bed rather than his own....

            MM it won't last forever
Both of ours co-slept from birth until they got their own beds around 2. Our 5 year old rarely comes into our bed now, and the 2.5 year old comes in a little more, but they don't need us forever.
            Good luck with it.

Thanks guys. I'm feeling a little jaded today, so remembering how fleeting it is definitely helps. (my wee boy loves kisses and cuddles too. no idea how long that will last)

........... if they don't appear to want kisses and cuddles - just get in there and DO IT - irrespective of age

I love kisses and cuddles and I'm an old Martha Focker !!!!!!!!! (I loved that movie) !!!!!

My turkey tasted good, I also had a cucumber and tomato salsa (with lemon juice, chilli flakes, and olive oil).
Also had some homemade mayo on the turkey.

Ayla good luck I hope this works well for you. It's such a challenge to figure out what our bodies need. I think straight primal eating, primal fitness is a good thing. Working on the fitness thing myself.

Before you know it that three year old will be asking for the keys and fifty for gas. Hang on tight and enjoy those cuddles. Our dd still sleeps with us and we wouldn't change te family bed for anything.Makes potty training a snap, no waking in middle of night for nightmares, and best of all when she tells me she loves me in her sleep, who could resist that? Enjoy it.

I hate to contemplate that day. Childhood is so short. They are so busy growing up too fast. :*(

Thanks G. Ill get used to it, but its the letting go, and knowing I have to trust them to protect him, and teach him the right stuff and all that LOL.
He only went to pre school year before last 2 days a week, but then last year was home with me, and didn't go to daycare before that at all, so its been really tough
