Doing a search through this site, I can't get a definitive answer if spaghetti squash is a "good" carb or not. Poking through the threads, a lot of people seemed to have asked the same question but there doesn't seem to be an answer. I bought one for the first time today, cooked it and shredded it and oh my Lord it's delicious. Where have you been all my life! But I know very little about it and want to know a little more about how to best incorporate it into my diet.
