We have had this conversation several times in this thread. To get the same amount of sodium as bouillon cubes, you would have to add a ridiculous amount of salt to your food or broth. Yes, there are garbage ingredients in the commercial bouillon, but the amt of exposure in two cubes is minimal. Most of us have found that it is worth getting rid of the carb flu symptoms.
