    Ok, so I just have to share this for the Primal folks in the US. A buddy of mine from South Africa told me of a fellow ex-pat who makes and sells biltong (South African beef jerky) and I tried it. Very yummy. I'll list out the ingredient list for y'all if you are interested. Beef, salt, vinegar, black pepper, coriander. That is it. Anyway, I've been eating it for a while, and am madly in love with it.     No, I don't get kickbacks, and no I never met the owner, but he keeps his business small according to my friend. He doesn't want to compromise on quality.

    With that price, I assume that the beef is not grass fed/finished, but it is still a heck of a deal.

    Biltong is delicious. I've made it a couple times. Not hard to make but a little time consuming.
