  • Raw milk/cheese/butter and leg workout after wisdom teeth extraction

It's been 10 days since I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted (2 were impacted). I still have bottomless pits (open holes where they used to be =p) in my mouth, and have to flush them out with this pipet after meals to remove food particles from them, to help prevent infection for the next 3 weeks.

Would it be okay to start consuming raw milk/cheese/ and butter again? Or is that not a good idea with holes in my mouth? haha

And is it okay to go do a hard leg workout?

    Thanks!

I don't know, but I'll be watching...I have to get one pulled in a few weeks!

As long as you are rinsing out the sockets well, I don't see why not. You're probably on antibiotics anyway (assuming you are concerned about bacteria).

Ah. Hmm. Well, our bodies have plenty of bacteria anyway. It's a risk I would take, personally, but it's your call.
