    • So much food today! Started off with a scoop of Jay Robb in 32 oz water. Snack of deviled egg. Lunch, leftover chicken and mushrooms with a bag of shirataki noodles stir fried with veggies and 2 wedges of Laughing Cow. Snacked on cut up vegetables and an apple. Later on 1/2 cup ricotta cheese. Dinner was pot roast with yams and vegetables. 1 tsp fish oil. A little more dairy than I like, but felt good at the end of the day.

      • B: 2 hard boiled eggs / 2 large coffees with CO, 2 splenda in each + creamo
        L: tin of tuna with mayo
        D: left over butter chicken with alot of broccoli

        Was pretty hungry yesterday which is not like me - today is not so much.

        When will my middle podge go - not soon enough

          1.5 scoops whey protein isolate
          2 glasses whole milk
          ~4 oz. ground beef
          ~5 oz. cheese
          1 small container Fage Total
          2 coffees with milk and a dash of sugar
          some cheap hot sauce
          1/2 can sardines in tomato sauce

          Not in that order

          That's just so far today. Probably some more whey and milk in my future at a minimum. Need bigger pants.

            4 eggs fried in EVCO (and a little butter)
            20oz of coffee with a bit of heavy cream
            1 banana
            1 huge apple

            Not sure what I am having for dinner. Maybe some bangers and mash.
            The above should be viewed as complete and utter nonsense.

              It's kind of a tease when you put it down out of order. How am I supposed to envision you consuming it if I don't know the order in which it was consumed? I am going to assume that was breakfast.

              • B. 3 pastured eggs scrambled in ghee, 2 slices of bacon, black tea

                D. 4 Oz chicken thigh, baked with coating of seasoned mayo; puréed cauliflower with ghee and cheddar. Tomato slices with basil and rosemary, evoo and basalmic.

                Snack. Paleo choc chip cookie ( Nikki's chocolate coconut butter, egg white, dash cinnamon, and T of chopped 71% dark chocolate- mixed and microwaved for 60 sec. ) yummy!

                Snack. 10 fresh dark cherries

                  Beef mince on potato Gnocchi. Before and after.

                  Fried with onions and capsicum in butter and tomato paste, erved under 50g of parmesan. Delicious. Would eat again.



                  Cottage cheese, blueberries, natvia and a dash on cinnamon.

                  Also, four squares of dark chocolate. My supplies are running low, gonna stock up today.
                  Dark chocolate and coffee, running through my veins...

                    • 1 pound of DIY taco meat, 5 duck eggs, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, 1 box coconut milk, 1/2 pot coffee, 1 tiny piece of chocolate my wife gave me. Water and green tea later on.

                      • 5 eggs with 6 oz of top sirloin with sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms with a tablespoon of butter.
                        A salad with grilled chicken, bacon and hardboiled egg.
                        Fresh pineapple.

                            • Snacked on lamb and salad all day, dinner was more lamb, 1/2 a yam, and cabbage sauteed in bacon grease. About to have some cherries and 90% dark chocolate for dessert.

                              • I had scrambled eggs with tomato, mushroom, onion and spinach for bfast. An apple for morning tea and chicken salad for lunch. And dinner was just a piece of coconut crusted chicken. I need to work on having something else though coz I'm still a bit hungry.
