banana, apple, 5 or 6 oz of raspberries and a can of sardines with maybe 3 oz of cabbage. I am adapting to no nightshades, no eggs in addition to W30, and having "I want fruit' day after a few days of wanting nothing but meat (pork, lamb, turkey, shrimp, anything).
I will probably have an avocado with kale, radishes and cucumber for lunch, and kimchi soup with lots of ground turkey for supper, with fruit, coconut milk and cocoa nibs for dessert. Maybe a bit of walnuts & macadamia. Oh, yea, and a teaspoon or so of cod liver.
Coffee until Noon. Then an apple, a banana, pork chops and rice. Planned for 4 o'clock snack: pork rinds, whole milk yogurt with raspberries & almonds. For dinner: bbq spare ribs & a sweet potato. Maybe some paleo brownies as a night cap.
Currently doing the leangains: 16 hours fasting/8 hours eating.

Bike commute to work 20 miles/day ~ rain, shine, or snow.
Ate at a "Japanese" buffet. Had a plate of mostly plain seafood (what was steamed tripe doing in the seafood section?), a plate of sushi, and a plate of fresh fruit. Brought my own gf soy sauce. Came home still hungry and had homemade coconut chocolate chunk ice cream.
baked chum salmon, blueberries (1c) and banana for breakfast
avocado, kale and cucumber salad with a can of sardines for lunch, 6 oz raspberries, 1/2 pear
Probably not enough chum left for the three of us, so I might skip 'real food' supper in favor of creamed coconut, fruit and coconut milk. if there is enough chum, will have that with a grated jikama-carrot-cabbage salad with a bit of balsamic vinegar/evoo.

liver with l/o jikama-carrot-daikon-cabbage salad for supper, fruit
3 big slices of honeydew, The Greek Gods full fat yogurt, an apple dipped in cream cheese, some 4% milkfat cottage cheese.......coming up for lunch....spinach salad with chicken, sunflower seeds, walnuts, shredded aged parmesian, and peppercorn ranch dressing......

2 home-grown eggs fried in dripping, 2 rashers of bacon, 1/2 a tomato, 2 seaweed cakes (yes with oats, but home-made and cooked in dripping), small-assed salad with piece of cheese, handful of organic almonds, teaspoon of CO.
the BIG news is that my beef box is ready!!
Local beef (traditional breed - British White) fed year-round on ancient pasture land in the hills above my village. This is from my community farm, they're so laid back they forgot to let me know that the beef was being butchered until today (45 minutes notice - yikes!) but on the up-side they've just left it in a fridge in the barn for me to collect tonight, trusting me to send payment (£150) tomorrow!
Sooooo excited, DH will be stoked when he finds out it's steak tonight!!!
