      Today is sort of an IF day, due to being away from home most of the day. Had plain greek yogurt with a tsp of honey at around 11am. Will be home briefly at around 2:30 so I'll try to fit in some eggs and veggies before heading out to take the kiddos to the dentist. Maybe a couple hb eggs tonight at some point. I had a crappy eating weekend with lots of non-primal foods, so fighting some major stomach issues today (Mothers Day cupcakes are eeevil ugh).

      • 1/2 cup blueberries, scoop and half of primal fuel, handful of organic spinach, and coconut milk for liquid, blend and enjoy. also, one carlson's fish oil pill.

        • B - three egg spinach omelet, decaf coffee with cream and honey
          L - spinach salad with roast beef chunks, cucumber, EVOO; square of dark chocolate, blueberry tea
          S - 1 oz. nuts, small apple, 1 oz. pumpkin seeds
          D - sauteed mixed veggies (mushroom, broccoli, red onion, snow peas, red bell pepper), London Broil steak, chai tea

            • Breakfast: 3 eggs chopped with 1 tbsp of mayo. Lettuce, 1/2 sourdough bread
              Lunch: chicken leg quarter with steamed broccoli, homemade ranch and Siracha sauce
              Dinner: same as lunch

              Gave up on Primal till I ran into this website, might give it another try, that's why breakfast had 1/2 a sourdough toast...

                Some Yucca
                A bag of frozen broccoli
                1 larabar
                Turkey meatloaf and Quinoa
                An apple
                2 kozy shack rice puddings
                2 rectangles of theo dark chocolate

                I crossfit and Carb backload so that's a pretty typical day for me 5x a week.

                    Breakfast: Green tea, hot water with lemon, black coffee
                    Lunch: Lettuce, mackerel, mango, spices, and EVOO salad, 1 date, 1 clementine, 1 apple
                    Dinner: 200g lamb with fresh herbs, baba ganoush (aubergine, tahini, evoo), runner beans with almonds and butter
                    Dessert: Tea with Jersey double cream, 3 pieces of Green & Blacks maya gold dark chocolate, 1 clementine, 1 probiotic drink

                    Totalling 1600 cals - 100g fat, 70g protein, 105g carbs

                    How does this look for a day, anyone? I wanted more leafy greens with dinner but we hadn't any in.

                    Goal - Healthy, lean, happy, somewhere around 9 stone.

                      • Breakfast: 3 poached eggs salad with garlic olive oil, a serving of watermelon.

                        Lunch: Huge salad with locks.

                        Dinner (Not so primal) spinach and cheese, chicken with tomato sauce and cheese, and these crispy, suspiciously breaded looking shrimp. They are my weakness. >_<

                        • I was reading back a few posts and noticed someone was eating tongue. It's really popular over here in Asia. Slice it thin, stick it on the grill or frying pan, flip brown the other side, eat with your choice of sauce. The trick is to not cook it that long or else it gets tough.

                            Salmon, brocolli and butter, mixed baby leaf salad, baba ganoush, 15g stilton cheese

                            Snack:
                            1 probiotic drink
                            mixed berries
                            2tbsp jersey double cream
                            3 squares maya chocolate

                            • Mixed ground pork and beef cooked with olive oil and butter, onions, garlic, tomatoes, tomato paste, red peppers, yellow peppers, green peppers.
                              Grilled vegetables (eggplant, zucchini, red pepper, green pepper) dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
                              Grilled haloumi.
                              Grilled chicken breast.
                              Lots of coffee.

                                I am sensitive, but I eat "may contain". If it really does, I'll know and not eat it again. But I rarely react.
