    B 2 eggs with tablespoon mayo
    L 3 rasher bacon on lettuce with tablespoon olive oil
    D chicken, onion curry fried in olive oil and cooked in coconut milk
    Snack -coconut milk and berry smoothie with 7g protein powder
    Snack - 22 almonds.

    • Yikes, are you bulking? That's a lot of food!
      10 eggs is only around 700 calories. 2 pounds of ground beef is around 2300 calories. That's only 3000~ish calories. Just breaking even for most guys.

        Not all of us have that sort of stomach capacity... all I can think is "Ughhhhh..."
        And that would be trying to eat just half of it as a single meal...

        • Very holy, indeed! Sacred beef for all! As a steak-and-eggs* card-carrying member, I can vouch for the do-ability of it! Well, so far so good, anyway.

                  Got a warm spinach salad on deck for lunch.

                  Now, what am I going to do about dinner...

                    Hmm doesnt look like a lot of food, but i am working on improving my metabalosim again and hopefully improving motility and appetite.

                        Tea with coconut cream, vanilla and cinnamon.
                        Cheddar, lettuce, sauerkraut, a little more avo.
                        Primal since May 2012. Loving life and down 50lbs.

                          -Can of tuna with curry powder and diced gherkins on cheddar rice crackers.
                          -Chicken sushi.
                          -4-5 (4 1/2?) scoops of protein powder with cocoa powder, raspberries and natvia.
                          -Lindt chilli bar.

                          Well over 3000kcal today, with at least 50% of my cals coming from chocolate. Feels goooooooooood.
