  • Assorted seafood; lettuce and tomatoes; baby cuties.

    • Breakfast - 4 pastured eggs/2 organic bananas mixed and cooked like pancakes, 2 decaf coffees with a little butter and some gelatin, 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
      More coffee - 2 cups of regular coffee with 2-3 ounces whole milk at work
      Lunch - 1 scoop Whey Protein concentrate, 3 fried eggs, 1 medium white potato, 3/4 lb pastured chicken livers, 3.5 oz cheese, couple spoonfuls of full-fat Greek yogurt
      Post - workout (as I was cooking dinner) - 2 raw pastured eggs and half scoop protein powder
      Dinner - 2 4 oz. grass-fed burgers, 4 oz. cheese, 1 med-lg yam fried in coconut oil
      Dessert will be some more Greek yogurt and a square or 2 of Lindt 85% dark chocolate (I prefer the 90, but the 85 is already open) and a cup of decaffeinated tea with some more gelatin

      This is a high-carb heavy workout day's food for me. Tomorrow I'll just have coffee with a dab of butter until my late lunch and will skip starchy carbs.

        I had 6 eggs over a small potato with tons of guac
        2 cups coffee with cream
        12 oz (approximate) chicken thigh, drum, and some breast, more guac, handfull of walnuts, four macaroons
        1 glass of raw milk

          Coffee - 2.5 oz Espresso, 1 Tbsp Butter, 2 Tbsp MCT Oil, 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil, 2 Tiny Scoops of Pure Stevia Extract
          Breakfast: 3 Organic Free Range Eggs, 3 oz Grass Fed Beef, 97 grams Organic Tuscan Kale, 1 Tbsp Butter, 25 grams Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice, 1 Cup of Free Range Chicken Broth, 1/4 Tsp Himalayan Salt

          Snack 1:30 pm

          40 grams of Avocado, 1 oz of crispy chicken skin

          Dinner: 6:00 pm

          5.1 oz of Chicken Thigh Meat, 4 oz. Mixed Baby Greens, 1.8 oz Avocado, 4 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5 Tbsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, 1 Tsp Fish Oil, 1 Cup Free Range Chicken Broth, 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

          Calories: 2,232
          Fat: 207 (80.8%)
          Protein: 86 (14.9%)

          • Had 2eggs and 100gm can of tuna, 4 lamb loin chops and some beef jerky and smoked sheeps cheese. Some veggies and a pear aswell.

            Safe to say overdid the beef jerky and sheeps cheese and am paying for it all day today. Completly blocked my digestive system! I suspect cheese does this to me, but beef jerky i think has contributed too.

            Approaching 18hrs fast today as a result of no appetite....

              • Breakfast: 1 banana, 100ml double cream, 8 grapes.
                Lunch: 6 egg omelet and 2 dates.
                Snacks while studying: 1 plum, 1 avocado, 8 grapes, choffees, 50ml double cream.
                Dinner: 4 fried eggs, 1 fried onion, 200g roast potato, 2 small beetroots, 3 pickled shiitakes.

                Still feeling some awesomeness carrying over from yesterday. Must be the eggs or the low-lactase, then.

                • Breakfast: 11:30 am. 9oz tri-tip steak, 4 fried egg yolks, one large tomato, one cup each of cooked red cabbage and spinach. 3/4 oz cacao beans.

                  Supper will be shrimp, smoked salmon, and sardine sushi; seaweed salad; tri-tip roast.

                  Roast is not done yet. Had a dish of sorbet and a big pile of cuties.

                      It's summertime here in FL already... so I've switched to nice cold brewed Iced Coffee.

                      • IF until noon, then a 12 oz new york strip with 4 eggs and an avocado. Mid afternoon was full fat Greek Yogurt with fresh strawberries and blueberries. Dinner will be a big vegetable salad with chicken and to celebrate Friday night I'll have a glass of wine and some dark chocolate

                        • Only coffee so far (about 7ish pm my time zone). Getting a bit hungry. Even more so because of the smell of the chili I'm cooking on low. HURRY UP, CHILI!

                            It's about 8:15... dinner incoming off the grill in about 15 more.

                                Most I've eaten in a long time. Oddly, I wasn't that hungry today and ended up unintentionally IFing until about 2:45. Boss likes to wait until about 12:45 to tell me he's scheduled me for 1 o'clock meetings sometimes.
