Wow. I wish I could afford to eat like that!
The above should be viewed as complete and utter nonsense.

    • Fruit smoothie for breakfast (bananas and strawberries mainly, also some blueberries, grapes, kiwi, and melon).

For lunch, hard boiled egg, some cheese, and another banana.

Leftover steak and potatoes for dinner.

(This is the "there's nothing left in the fridge" meal plan... I'll finally have time to grocery shop tomorrow).
Stumbled into Primal due to food allergies, and subsequent elimination of non-primal foods.

Start Gluten-Free/Soy-Free: December 2012; start weight 158lbs, Ladies size 6
Start Primal: March 2013, start weight 150lbs, Ladies size 6
      Current: 132lbs, Ladies size 2
      F/23/5'9"

26lbs lost since cutting the crap.

      • Someone help me. I need ideas. :/

Just got back from the gym but not hungry, but gonna head into town with a Lindt bar. Need something for dinner and dessert. At worst I'll just make a "lazy meal" of bacon/eggs/potatos with some whey/yoghurt sludge for dessert.
Dark chocolate and coffee, running through my veins...

Cheese and ice cream? While delicious to be sure, what else to go with them?

I think I have some coffee gelato shoved somewhere in my freezer, so that's an automatic win...

            • What else could you need? Maybe a side of steak with fruit sauce.

I agree, nothing beats coffee gelato

                  • We went to a Brazilian steakhouse for dinner and they do a rodizio style meat service. It was amazing. Men walked around all night with meat on skewers and carved us whatever we wanted. I had filet mignon, rib eye wrapped with bacon, top sirloin, lamb chops, roast beef, parmigiana crusted pork, beef ribs, and a few other cuts. Plus a sushi bar.

                      Pound of bacon = $3.00
                      5 eggs = about $2.00
Two avocados = $1.00 (Sometimes they are three for a dollar, but not lately)
                      Can of oysters = $2.00
Pear = Something like 30 cents, bought a whole bag for $2.50

I don't think $8.30 for 24 hours' worth of food is excessive or unreachable.

                        • Ran a mile fasted.

                          Then:

B: 1 HB egg w/ Old Bay, 3 slices bacon, diced up bell pepper with salsa
L: grilled chicken breast, sauteed onion and bell pepper in CO with curry powder
S:diced up bell pepper mixed with HB egg, salsa, and curry powder
D: ordered from an amazing organic grassfed burger joint here.. huge salad w/ diced apple, small amt of dried cranberries, carmelized onions, balsamic vinaigrette, and topped with a grassfed burger

I think I did pretty OK for my first day.
