Have you ever thought about the cost per kg of spirulina protein? Even my vegetarian daughter was persuaded it is a waste of money
Four years Primal with influences from Jaminet & Shanahan and a focus on being anti-inflammatory. Using Primal to treat CVD and prevent stents from blocking free of drugs.

Eat creatures nose-to-tail (animal, fowl, fish, crustacea, molluscs), a large variety of vegetables (raw, cooked and fermented, including safe starches), dairy (cheese & yoghurt), occasional fruit, cocoa, turmeric & red wine

if you want something vegetarian, go look at Sun Warrior raw vegan Warrior blend. Vanilla tastes best, then chocolate, and unflavored makes good pancakes/waffles

I'm not interested in the protein I just need to add some healthy green shit to my diet. Taste does not matter.

          I don't have time to buy/cook vegetables.

Looks like that NOW foods Spirulina is from India, that's disgusting. I'll look into another brand from Hawaii.

              But the question still stands...

I think the answer was: if you have time to post nearly 2000 times, you have time to buy/cook/eat vegetables.... you know, real, unprocessed food. That's kind of the whole point...

Frozen vegetables are already washed up and cut up for you. Open bag pour into bowl microwave for 4 minutes. That's got to take less time than mixing up powders.

                  And spirulina tastes terrible.

All that spirulina does for me, is gives me weird liquidish funny smelling oddly coloured poop. Besides, cyanobacteria = soylent green, soylent green = people. Haha

Heck, save yourself a step and get those steamable bags. Throw the whole bag in and cook it!

I'm pretty sure people are primal as long as they're pastured... *snort*

Veggies are wonderful and pretty easy to prepare, but to actually answer to OP, I keep Amazing Grass original around...
I've tried several brands - Amazing Grass seems to be the best combination of taste and greens/nutrients without crap in it... for me. I used to LOVE Greens Today, but they changed their formula a few years back and added... I can't remember what, but something I didn't want to ingest.

I don't actually do green powders that often these days, but I went through a phase before I really "went primal" where I did a shaker of greens and two glasses of water first thing in the morning (partly to get in the insane amount of water that I was "supposed" to be consuming), then I'd assess my hunger about 30min later. I found I had good energy if I started the day this way.
I find nothing horrible about the green powders as long as they're grain/legume (esp soy!)/sugar free.

I found some Hawaiian spirulina at the supermarket (Fairway is awesome) so I bought it. It's drinkable. I'm embarrassed to say but it smells like cum. So green it looks like paint.

I need to improve my diet since I'll start working next week and will be out the house the whole day long. Also 30 mile mostly uphill bike ride per week in the winter.

Aside from cheese, chocolate, beer, coffee and the occasional rice, I'm mostly back to primal. I've been on and off for years. One thing I never gave up is the high saturated fat. Even when I ate lots of carbs I didn't gain weight since I was eating very high fat (low PUFA).

I am just imagining myself going into the UWS or Harlem Fairway and asking for the spirulina that smells like cum. *snort*
