Yeah, agree to disagree, there--I'm not convinced it's simply the fat intake that's doing it. Especially since it does also work with sugar water. I agree that eating more fat is great for your health, but this specific appetite-suppression + setpoint lowering effect has a bit more to it than just eating more fat, IMO. For instance, I tried the "eat moar fat" approach, and while I did eat fewer calories--actually, fewer calories than I'm eating now--and was completely satisfied/not hungry, I didn't lose any weight.
