    Are you hungry? If you are hungry, eat more. If you are not, eat what you are not. If you feel overstuffed, eat less.

    It is likely that your caloric intake is too low, though.

      No i don't feel hungry at all. I actually eat a early dinner around 5 and don't eat until breakfast. Based on calculations, i should be eating about 2200-2300 calories, but i'm fine at 1900. Are chicken thighs good enough for protein/fat? I'm on a budget and beef/salmon is hard to get everyday

        If you feel satiated, then I wouldn't worry. When you start lifting heavy, you'll likely feel hungrier.

        Chicken thighs are fine. If you can get the whole chicken and roast it, that's even better.
