I know primal isn't all about low carb, more healthy carb and no grains. I have big weight loss goals for 2013 and have cut my carbs way down to get things moving. I have been at 50 g of carbs or less a day for about 5 days and 100 g of carbs or less for a couple of weeks before that. I've lost 7 lbs since dropping below 100 g. I've read that being in ketosis can be uncomfortable but I feel fine and satisfied. I am eating my base metabolic rate in calories. Does anyone else have any keto tips or advice?
