Instead of reading my first post for what it was, which was that I ate wheat and felt terrible because of it, you decided to personalize it for some reason and somehow morph it into me pushing my bad wheat experience onto others to try to convince them not to eat wheat either. And now you hate me because I went to extremes and called wheat the devil......I think you need to take a look at your own posts dude. You are the one going to extremes, not me.
You should stop twisting my words. I never said i hate you personally. Heck, my very first post all i said was no they arent.

My lower back and knees and neck stopped aching. My high blood pressure dropped to 114/74. My HDL soared to 74 and my trigs dropped off the charts.

You do a huge disservice to others like me who are seeking better health here with your endless preaching about "good grains". There ain't nothing good about them. You should just STOP preaching your grain obsession here b/c people aren't interested in it. Grow up or please go away. Go post on a site that lauds the grains that have made so many of us sick. You'll be comfortable there. Here you are just a PainInTheAss.
They arent good for you maybe...

Its funny, i used to be angry like you guys back when i ate this way.

You go on with your bad self, and pay no mind to the fucktards.
This post here epitomizes the ridiculousness of this thread. This person actually wishes a food group would cause them harm just so they arent tempted to eat it. How bout you just eat it, enjoy it and stop worrying about it.

I would never eat whole grains, they are bad for you. Refined flour only.

They aren't good for most people, Zach. There are books and tons of research on the subject.

Excellent. Let's all do that. It might even get the site monitors to rid us of him permanently.

I have no problems with cutting out grains or anything else for that matter if it negatively effects you. Just have a problem with people pushing their beliefs on to others.

For starters, while we don't have to listen to you whine about other people "pushing their beliefs on others" or what ever you imagine they are doing, we don't have to constantly read you trying to do the same exact thing you are admonishing with your Peat-isms.

                      It's a Win/Win situation really.

Yeah, gotta find that Derpamix/Fierce Hunter clone. I actually liked Fierce, but Derpamix is like Fierce in a blender with extra corn syrup.

Pot calling the kettle black actually...

Zach pretty much claims that Low Carb/Paleo is the devil...
Pretty extremist since so many people do so well...
Horrible to make such a blanket statement about something just because he had a problem with it personally. (Wow, that sounds familiar!)

While it may not cause violent reaction, like with Marissa or gluten intolerant people, the grains and grain products has a number of low impact negative consequences such as increased appetite, slow weight gain, addictions, blood sugar problems, skin problems etc that will not manifest immediately. But three months down the road, no woman wants to find herself 2 sizes up, 10 lbs heavier, and 20 years down the road, morbidly obese and dying of diabetes. I am with InSearchOfAbs, that I wish I had violent vomiting if I touched the things that hurt me. I do not, so I need to concentrate on relatively small indicators.

If that is unacceptable answer, well, my apologies in advance.

For me the fun is when you see the little message that says something like 'post blocked because user is on ignore. Press here to read message' and you get to press it and see what it says. It is like opening gifts on Christmas. Sure, you know it is an ugly sweater from your grandma but maybe, just maybe, it will be something cool.

Not that I have you on ignore. I just see the fun in such a situation. Yeah, I need a hobby.

And also serious autoimmune disease reactions.
                                It happens.
You don't want to be one of those statistics, trust me.
And there is no way of knowing if you'll pull that particular golden ticket. Or multiples. If you get one autoimmune reaction and don't stop the wheat... your body will KEEP finding ways of telling you.
