    yes, 5,000IU about 5 days a week.

      Yes, 2,000IU daily. I take mine in "gel-cap" or is it liquid-cap(?) form. Looks like smallish fish oil capsules.
      Anyway, two things I noticed is that since I started supplementing with D3 is increased energy and always being in a good mood. The latter is kinda annoying to some people around me, I can tell

              6000 IU a day. For the past 2-3 months and my levels are optimum for the first time ever. I'm in Houston and I didn't supplement during the summer.

                Now at 6000 IU a day. Cleared up my psoriasis and muscle cramps as a result

                    I take Jarrow 400 IU of D3 and 90 MCG of Jarrow K2 - MK-7 daily with food. I just purchased some fermented cod liver oil and high vitamin butter capsules and will soon try them for a month. I'm not sure if a month is long enough for a test, but it is a start.
