          Nachos.

Well, usually. This weekend we made a batch at home (grass-fed beef, Irish cheese, greek yogurt instead of sour cream..), and I ate some of them, but they just didn't taste 'good'... I think I'm losing the taste for them.

And, I'm still badly bloated from them. PUFAs get me down...

For me it changes week to week. Red wine makes frequent comebacks, too much dairy is pretty much always true. Chicken is always CAFO, unfortunately. (I'd rather eat beef anyways.. and the beef I get is so effing good). Also, cornstarch. I just like my gravies and sauces thick. I suppose I should find some arrowroot.

For some reason, lately it's been tortilla chips. They aren't even that good, I don't understand it. Also, potatoes. I try not to eat them, but holy cow, I love them. Thank god for cauliflower.

              Free hospital food.

I read the labels and avoid the WORST of the worst, but it's ALL bad and I find myself making excuses.

                  I think I do an "unintentional" 80/20. I stick to my diet about 99%, but I can't afford organic, pastured animals, so that must round up to 80/20... ^^;

Perfection is entirely individual. Any philosophy or pursuit that encourages individuality has merit in that it frees people. Any that encourages shackles only has merit in that it shows you how wrong and desperate the human mind can get in its pursuit of truth.

*waves a hand* Desserts, hands down. I'll be good and get the steak and salad at the restaurant, but I must have my molten chocolate cake.

Sourdough bread I'm afraid. I like it, and It's hard to avoid it sometimes. One small thin slice keps things under control...

I think it does feed the addiction, cakes and things look more and more tempting and need real willpower to ignore!

Beer is probably the one truly non-primal thing that I consume on a regular basis (one wild night every couple weeks ... it's good for my mental state, haha).
Mexican food, probably eat a Chipotle burrito (or something like it) once every couple months.

note: I train pretty hard 3-4 days a week, and run or do something lighter on the other days, so I by no means consider sweet potatoes and mashed pumpkin protein pudding (godly, btw) and the like part of my 20%. Same goes for any carb heavy pre-climb food.

For me ice cream and candy corn (during halloween) are my biggest cheating foods. I also like doritos and coke.

The title of this thread is "Death" foods...

                                Since when are things like

                                "dark chocolate over 72% cacao"
                                or
                                "fruit"
                                or
                                "red wine 1-2x per month"
                                or
                                "full fat greek yogurt"

...or such going to KILL a person?
“You have your way. I have my way. As for the right way, the correct way, and the only way, it does not exist.”

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
