  • Any Irish on here?

Any Irish folk on this forum? I am moving to Ireland with my family and am looking for insight on how easy it will be/any challenges to expect to eat primally there.
    Thanks!

Not Irish native, but a descent. My mother's great grandfather immigrated
Hope to visit the land of my ancestors someday!

Irish and French here but I do have friends and family that live in the motherland. Ireland will be like anywhere else you will have to find the farmers markets for the veggies however their meat will be a higher quality than anything you can get here without going to a wholefoods or similar store.

Not Irish but I live in Northern Ireland. The quality of the meat is generally very good, much better than the USA. All in all, I find it very easy to be primal here, even in the big supermarkets you can usually find what you want. Real butter is everywhere and local butchers are still very common.
I am not very familiar with the south but I suspect it will be similar.
