If i workout in the AM should I be fasting until 6ish pm?

    It's called a little bit of willpower. Learn to listen to your body's natural hunger (or lack thereof) signals and you'll be good to go. I mean, part of the point of eating a healthy primal diet such as we are is just that. It helps you learn to really understand yourself and listen to your body.
