  • What's the difference between Paleo and PB?

I know I could research this and figure it out myself but was interested in some forum feedback on the issue. Just read article on ESPN about NE Patriot player who is on Paleo diet with 8% body fat; no dairy, vege oils, etc. Thought some dairy was okay for PB...thoughts? Thanks.

    Cheers!

Sometimes you need to be told the truth in order to be able to see it.

    My journal

    I see grain people...

    Exist in shadow, drifting away.

PB is based upon paleo. The paleo diet is about eating what paleo man ate (ie. Grok). Mark also includes non-paleo foods in PB and allows cheating.

      The "Seven Deadly Sins"

      Grains (wheat/rice/oats etc) . . . . . Dairy (milk/yogurt/butter/cheese etc) . . . . . Nightshades (peppers/tomato/eggplant etc)
      Tubers (potato/arrowroot etc) . . . Modernly palatable (cashews/olives etc) . . . Refined foods (salt/sugars etc )
      Legumes (soy/beans/peas etc)
