  • Walden Farms calorie/carb free dressings and Obertos natural beef jerky.

has anyone tried walden farms products? What is this stuff?

Here are the ingredients for their bacon ranch dressing:

    Ingredients
Triple Filtered Purified Water, Distilled White Vinegar, Cellulose Gel, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Buttermilk Flavoring (Nondairy), Sour Cream Flavoring (Nondairy), Salt, Artificial Bacon Bits, Lemon Juice, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate, And Sodium Benzoate (To Preserve Freshness), Sucralose, Food Color.

    and for their barbeque sauce:

Purified Triple Filtered Water, Tomato Paste, Apple Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, White Distilled Vinegar, Cellulose Gel, Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, Xanthan Gum, Propylene Glycol Alginate, Natural Flavorings, Cayenne Pepper, Red Cabbage Coloring, Sucralose, And Potassium Sorbate (To Preserve Freshness).

in what world does tomato paste dijon mustard and all the res to this stuff not contain calories or carbs?

Also would Obertos Natural beef jerky be a good snack? these are the ingredients for their regular flavor:

BEEF, SUGAR, WATER, BEEF STOCK, SALT, SPICES AND NATURAL FLAVORINGS, NATURAL SMOKE FLAVOR, VINEGAR.

doesnt look too bad to me but i don't really know.

What is wrong with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper?
Eating primal is not a diet, it is a way of life.

Walden Farms = blech. From both a logical/health/ingredients and taste pov.

Beef jerky is a great snack - find some that doesn't have sugar as the 2nd ingredient!
