  • Wheat Grass

    Hey guys.
I was wondering about that disgusting green juice -
Is it primal? Does it contain gluten? Is it any good?
    Shoot.
Everything is bad for something - How do you feel today?

I never had it but believe it is indeed GF due to it being sprouted. I did an extended stint juicing but stuck with greens like kale, spinach, swiss chard, dandelion...

If there was no gluten, perhaps but why have wheat grass when I can eat grass fed beef, wild fish and tons or real veg.

            ^this!
I juiced when I was dealing with some intense IBS and truly couldnt eat. I would MUCH rather eat delicious whole foods than waste away and feel continually hungry with juicing!

Well, I believe you can have eat delicious food and have a green juice. Why must you choose? As for wheatgrass I believe it's good for cleaning the blood, lymph nodes, etc. I'm not sure meat will do that. I'm not sure about the gluten question, my first though is it's GF.

As I posted it depends also on how it is harvested.
