    For ketosis, which I've never done, I think you should eat liver, eggs and avocado and you probably got all you nutrition covered

        If you are really interested in ketosis you must severely limit the fruit.

          Liver Pate (make your own, unsweetened ones are hard to find)
          High Fat Cheeses (Gotta have my mascarpone)
          Deli Meat (just sliced meat ,no chemicals )
          Coconut Oil
          Coconut milk/cream/butter
          Avocados
          macadamia nuts (but go easy on the quantities)
          Sour cream
          Creme fraiche/crema Mexicana
          Canned fish/seafood
          Butter
          raw cream
          raw kefir
          beef jerky
          Hard boiled eggs
          steak tartare
          SASHIMI!!
