    Me too. We were given a shepherds pie by someone, and we could taste the powered stocks that had been used to 'flavour' it. Primal food is much tastier.
    Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.
