Was just watching "The Doctors" on TV (very mainstream advice) and they were interviewing a guy who lost weight using these cookie food replacement products.
They said that these are no ordinary cookies...they're 60% organic and sweetened with all natural cane sugar! And a perfect balance of fat and sugar and protein, wow. The guy who lost weight said he would drink lots of carbonated water with them so that he would feel full and not eat too much.
Sounds healthy to me! How can they recommend this stuff?
