  • Stomach cramps after breaking a (short) fast

Every time I skip breakfast and just have a meal at 1:00 or 2:00, even if it's not a big meal, I quickly get cramps and discomfort in my stomach. Has anyone else experienced this?
If you have a few minutes- please take a look at my story, in my journal

no, but when I have had a colonoscopy the instructions for starting back to eating say to start with a small amount of liquid and it it sits well then add small amounts of food. Maybe start with a little liquid first?

You may be eating too much too quickly during this meal.

Are you hungry when you eat this meal? Next time, make sure you're actually hungry and then start with veggie juice or broth. Make sure your stomach is 'expecting' food.
