So i've noticed over the course of the last few weeks ive upped my intake of nuts a bit. Usually I would have a single serving of nut butter or a combo of nuts and nut butter equal to single a day but since i started having a bit more each day ive noticed im sort of gaining a bit of weight. But ive also starting consuming a bit more coconut milk which im concerned comes from cans lined with BPA. could this be causing my (slight) fluctuation in weight?
