Have you ever done any looking around at the online calorie/macro tracking sites? There are a bunch of them. I use SparkPeople. I highly suggest that before trying to change anything, you just do a couple of weeks of a "where do we stand?" analysis. Sort of a diagnostic test. Then you will have a better idea of what needs to change. This close to your goals, you are getting down to the fine tuning stage.
