I take fermented cod liver oil/butter oil blend, kelp, magnesium citrate, tumeric, an herbal blend for adrenal support, dessicated adrenal, dessicated buffalo liver, a hair/skin/nails, and I just started dong quai. Seems like a lot, but I space them out through the day. Once I see some signs of better adrenals, those will stop and I might take a few thyroid support things. I need to look into supplementing with Vitamin D, but I haven't yet.
