    I completed my first I.F. and i must admit i thought it would have been harder!
    From noon to noon and i feel alot more in control with my food.
    I think i will just do it once a week at first then introduce it later to twice a week.

    Just go at your own pace,
    I slowly drifted into a 16/8 cycle over 3 months and for over a month now have been pretty much doing the 24 hour fasting, having only dinner, on the odd day it was a 16/8 as I had some lunch in social circumstances.

      Good job!

      It is amazing at how easy it becomes. I never would have dreamed I would IF anywhere from 16 - 24 hours, most every day. I use to wake up ready to eat my arm off. When I first found PB, I skipped over all those kinds of threads, I thought those people were nuts! Now, I have even been known to go up to 30-36 so far!

            I like to run 2-3times a week and would do some body lifts eg press ups.
            Walk my dog everday for min of an hour also.
