        What a sickening article.

        They basically admit dark chocolate has been show to have tremendous health benefits, but then decide to completely change it? WTF IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE!!! Did anyone think that the cocoa butter could actually part of the REASON dark chocolate is good for you?

        And replacing it all with fructose, don't even get me started on that. My god.

                What a very depressing read. I mean, who eats a chocolate bar hoping that it'll taste like fruit? The cocoa butter is the good part!!!!!! Let them separate it and give it to the PB community to have. That's a good idea!

                  They have made some decent sugar replacements but I doubt they'll ever make a palatable substitute for fat.

                      So the way to make chocolate healthier is to cut the levels of natural saturated fat inherently found in the chocolate by diluting it with emulsified fruit juice processed in a lab somewhere? That totally makes sense. Replacing natural foods with human-engineered foods have been working great for us so far, right?

                        I think these scientists need to check out strawberries dipped in chocolate or banana-chocolate smoothie to get the idea of how to combine fruit and chocolate
