    So the general recommendation is to eat carb and proteins
    What should be their ratio?

    Carb cycling - should I be cycling if I wish to gain weight and muscle?
    If so why shouldn't I be just go high carb all the time?

    Fat's place in PWO - why isn't it recommended in WO days?
