Seriously, they taste like chicken. So do whatever you want to them and don't be squeamish. I just think they'd be kinda cute on skewers, maybe with cherry tomatoes, pineapple, peppers and onions. But I'd have to convince my man to barbecue this and he's too squeamish, so I probably will never have them any other way than fried up in a pan.
By the way, my last chicken heart came with what I think was the coxcomb. Now there's something odd to eat. I ate it. It was good. I wish I could figure out how to make gizzards taste good and be tender.

I didnt have time yesterday, so I will try for today. Work celebrated some win by having a free all out alcoholic fest late into the wee hours of the morning...so hungover and bloated as hell. I will fry up some plantains and grill up some spiced hearts when I get home and have it as my "comfort food".
