Hi guys, I am currently lifting weights heavily 5 times a week for an hour+. I usually have about 100g grams of carbs a day, and i would say that a re-feed day of 400-500g carbs would go to good use once a month to replenish muscle glycogen. My only concern is that is consuming 500+ grams of primal carbs in one day unhealthy in any way? any responses will be greatly appreciated.

Carb re-feeds unhealthy?
