Please can someone tell me the advantage of strict ketosis ie. 4:1 fats to carbs+protein vs low-carb, medium-fat and medium-protein?
Eating that much fat is hard work!
Sure there are advantages but first a couple of questions: why do you say it is hard? How hard can it be to eat tasty food? But maybe the question should be: how did you increment the quantity of fat in your diet?
