    I don't think you will find un-pasturised as a brand, or even in a farm shop. All yogurt is fermented Yogurt - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

    If you really want raw then you might find a farm-shop selling raw milk, making the yogert is pretty easy as I understand.

    Personally I just buy greek yogert from what-ever supermarket I'm in that week.
    You know all those pictures of Adam and Eve where they have belly button? Think about it..................... take as long as you need........................

        It is still Cow Milk, try switching to Raw Goats Milk, and use that to make your homemade Yoghurt, even better if you can get Sheeps Milk!

          It's very hard to get raw milk in the UK –*in fact in Scotland it's illegal to sell it at all. These people sell raw milk in England: HOME including a yoghurt. I've never bought anything from them, just found them with a Google search.

          Me, I buy Yeo Valley yoghurt. It's pasteurised but organic and grass-fed. And it's available in the supermarket at a reasonable price.

              You can use Yeo Valley as a starter to make your own yogurt too as it's a live culture (unlike most "fruit" yogurts). Just heat organic milk to 43 degrees C, add 2 tbsp of yogurt and put it in a vacuum flask overnight. Next morning pour into a bowl and chill it. You can freeze the remaining Yeo Valley in ice cube trays to use next time.

                Its correct that you cant buy raw milk in Scotland..
                But..
                You can buy it from Hook & Son (the place I posted above) & they can ship it to you in Scotland!

                Exspensive but I may just have to give it a try...

                    I've never had raw milk to my knowledge. But I do miss the unhomogenised milk we used to get when I was a child. Mmm, top-of-the-milk.

                    Now I hardly ever drink milk at all (something about not drinking your calories?). I just eat yoghurt and cheese and butter and cream.
