    ...a heavy squat session. (2x3 @ 57.5KG, 65KG; 6 x 72.5KG) then 5 x 12 at 50KG.

    Maybe I'm just contrary but I can easily eat out of boredom or just because there's food there.

    Ate lunch, went to the gym, and now can't face food. Managed a boiled egg and a cup of tea.
