    I would just stick with the coffee/tea in the morning and then have your first big meal at lunch time. If you start to find you're no longer hungry for lunch, skip it and just have dinner. There may be days that you're starving and need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner and that's okay too! You'll figure out what works best for you.
