True dat. Sugar levels vary greatly in kombucha. The best way to get a low sugar one is to brew your own.

Have you bothered to read the comments on the site you posted, or any of the article I posted? Have you conducted this experiment yourself?

The OP asks for something other than water. And 1/3 of the responses promptly suggest water. Good going.

I can't stand water; I've tried multiple times with and without ice.

I've settled on seltzer water flavored with packets of True Lime and stevia.

Heavily diluted juices are not bad.

I am obsessed with San Pellegrino, although if you drink too much you will just feel bloated and that's not good. It's nice for when you want some bubbles though.
I also like coconut water and 'green' drinks. other than water and tea, those are pretty much all I drink.

No, but it sounds fun. Maybe I will this week!

San Pellegrino tastes super healthy to me. Perhaps that's because it's much lower in fluorine and chlorine than our tap water, and my body is so grateful for more magnesium.

The only mineral water I've had that has an equivalent strong minerally but not salty taste was a naturally carbonated mineral water from Georgia, at a Georgian restaurant. My friend who took me there said that the Georgians who live in the area that it comes from are notoriously long lived.

I've been to Bergamo, where San Pellegrino comes from, and it's a beautiful city, full of vibrant healthy looking people. The air quality is amazing in the upper town as it is spread over several on rocky outcrops with stunning views over a plain to the south and the alps to the north.

Water, coffee, rooibos tea (red, very nice and no caffeine), wine, hard cider, unsweetened tea.

Go cold turkey on the soda, man. You can do it.

I love Pellegrino. I find it helps prevent muscle cramps. Magnesium in a very readily absorbable form.

Carrot juice. When I really feel like it, I'll buy some from Whole Foods since I don't own a juicer.

Most of the time if I want something different, I buy the TJs sparkling water with different flavors. Not as good as San Pellegrino, but it's good enough.

Water, soda water/Perrier, red and white wine.

I'm suspicious that the soda water is causing me to retain water. I seem to way more the day after drinking it. Mind, I rarely just have one glass.
Gonna try cutting it out for a few weeks.

Check the labels. Some brands have more sodium than others.
