    How much protein does an average person need daily? Googling doesn't help as the numbers are all over the place. I've been trying to up my protein intake by including more meat at breakfast time but I am wondering how much is enough. Are there any set recommendations for someone who doesn't want to build more muscle?

      There's a lot of variety and different options. The General one I go for would be usually go for would be about 1g x lbm. I'm not gaining muscle so my reccomendations are for for satiety basically. I'm not strict on it though.
