If you're asking that question, the answer is probably you're eating too many. I say that as a fellow almond addict. I have to really watch it because I will chomp on them all day long if I'm not careful. When I'm more forceful about limiting them, I find much better (for me) things to eat (or honestly, not snack at all). I try to limit to one very small handful a day that works out to 10 almonds or less otherwise I do snack like crazy on them.
